Our Team

Joy, Office Manager at Kingwood Heritage Dentistry

Joy

Office Manager

Joy has been a welcoming face at our practice for over four years. As our office manager, one of her favorite parts of dentistry is building relationships with patients, hearing their stories, and getting to know them personally.

Having grown up in both Texas and Louisiana, Joy has called the Kingwood area home for 29 years. She and her husband have been married for 31 years and have two grown children: their son, Jacob, and his wife, Vanessa, and their daughter, Abi, and her husband, Aaron. Both couples live in Fort Worth.

Joy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Lamar University and is currently pursuing a certification in Biblical Counseling. Outside the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, and serving as her church’s Women’s Ministry Coordinator, where she also leads women’s Bible studies.

And a fun fact about Joy? Her all-time favorite television show is I Love Lucy!

Kylie

Business & Marketing Assistant

As one of the newest members of our team, Kylie brings a warm personality and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting with patients. She loves meeting people of all ages and backgrounds and helping create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, welcomed, and more like family.

Born and raised in Kingwood, Kylie is thrilled to be back in the community she has always called home. She spent a few years away while attending college and supporting her husband's military career. A proud 2023 graduate of Texas A&M University, Kylie bleeds maroon and white and enthusiastically embraces all the traditions that come with being an Aggie!

Kylie is married to her middle school sweetheart, and together they share their home with their beloved Labradoodle, Jax. They are eagerly anticipating the arrival of their first child, a baby girl! Their Christian faith is central to their family, and they enjoy growing together through their church community.

Outside the office, Kylie loves spending time with family and friends, playing pickleball and other group sports, and enjoying life with Jax. Above all, she is excited to serve the community that helped shape her and to be part of a practice dedicated to caring for Kingwood families for generations to come.

Rochell

With 20 years of experience in dentistry, Rochell brings a wealth of knowledge and a caring heart to our team. She has been with our practice for over three years and loves helping patients better understand their dental health. She also shares her knowledge and experience with future dental professionals as an instructor in the Dental Assisting program at Lone Star College.

Originally from Livingston, Texas, Rochell has called Kingwood home for 25 years. She and her husband have a wonderful blended family, including a stepdaughter, two granddaughters, and a daughter who is a proud Texas A&M graduate. Rochell is excited to welcome another grandchild as her daughter and son-in-law, recently out of the Navy, look forward to raising their family in Kingwood.

Outside the office, Rochell enjoys getting lost in a good book, cooking for her family, and spending time with her two beloved doodles. She and her husband are active in their church, and Rochell also enjoys being part of the Houston North Emmaus community.

Kristen, Dental Hygienist at Kingwood Heritage Dentistry

Kristen

Dental Hygienist

With 20 years of experience in dental hygiene, Kristen brings a wealth of knowledge, skill, and dedication to our team. She graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2006 and has been a valued member of our practice since 2011. Kristen considers her career in dental hygiene a blessing and finds great fulfillment in helping patients achieve and maintain healthy smiles while providing the highest quality of care.

Having lived in different parts of the world, Kristen settled in Kingwood in 1997 and has enjoyed raising her family in the community she now calls home. She and her husband have two children of whom she is incredibly proud.

Kristi

Dental Hygienist

Kristi has been working in dentistry since 2011 and graduated from dental hygiene school in 2013. She joined our practice in early 2026 and loves being part of a close-knit team where everyone works together to provide exceptional patient care. One of her favorite parts of dental hygiene is building lasting relationships with patients, especially those who live and work in the same community she calls home.

Originally from Houston, Kristi grew up near the Heights and attended high school downtown. She and her family moved to Kingwood in 2024 and have enjoyed becoming part of the community. Kristi and her husband have five children, all of whom attend school in the Kingwood area. Much of their family life revolves around school activities, sports, and cheering on their children.

Outside the office, Kristi is an avid runner who enjoys training for half marathons and marathons. She loves setting new goals and challenging herself, somehow finding time to train while keeping up with five busy kids! She also enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, and supporting her children in cross country and swimming. Their family is rounded out by three beloved dogs: Kuzco, Sally, and Leota.

For Kristi, one of the greatest joys of working at Kingwood Heritage Dentistry is the opportunity to care for the very families and neighbors who make this community feel like home.
